18 三月 2026 Ammadeus is the exclusive Angolan partner of Melo Alves Global

Melo Alves has entered into an exclusive partnership agreement with the Angolan law firm Ammadeus, taking a decisive step in the expansion of its international project, Melo Alves Global, and strengthening, in a structured and integrated manner, its presence and operational capacity in the Angolan market, with particular focus on the energy, oil and gas, mining, infrastructure, aviation, banking and finance sectors.

The partnership was formalised between the coordinators of the Angola Desk, Bruno Melo Alves and Rui Andrade, and Ana Major, managing partner of Ammadeus.

The Ammadeus team is led by two partners, Ana Major and Marcelo Mendes Mateus, both international consultants to Melo Alves Global, and currently comprises eight professionals. Ammadeus operates across several areas of law, including a network of correspondent lawyers in Cabinda and the Lundas. Its main practice areas in Angola include compliance and internal investigations, criminal, civil and commercial litigation, banking and finance, foreign investment, labour law, privacy and data protection, tax, as well as mergers and acquisitions and the structuring of joint ventures.
